explain fleming"s left hand rule ?

Fleming's left hand rule : stretch the fore finger, the middle finger and the thumb of left hand, mutually perpendicular to each other, if the fore finger represents the direction of magnetic field, the miccle finger the direction of current in the conductor, then the thumb gives the direction of motion of the conductor.
