The social outcome of democracy are:
  1. The majority always needs to work with the minority so that governments function to represent the general view.
  2. Rule by majority means that in case of every decision or in case of every election, different persons and groups may and can form a majority.
  3. Democracy has succeeded in ensuring the dignity and freedom of its citizens.
  4. Because of democracy, women could be able to wage a struggle for staking their claim to equality.
  5. Caste based inequalities have been reducing in the society.
