an irrational num has non terminating non repeating deci representation.
so reqd num.s between 1-/2 and 1/3 can be any num.s between these and folowing the property of irr num.s
some examples are
-0.123245156.
0.213254632..
simly you can write as many num.s as you want.
next,
suppose the two given rational num.s are a and b
then one irr num between them can be written as sq root of (ab)
then again you can find another ir num by taking a as one num and sq root ab as the other num and using the method above
