The bisector of the angle if it is the perpendicular then it divdes the triangle into two congruent triangles.
In triangle ABC, if AD is the angle bisector &also perpendicular then
ang BAD = angCAD
AD =AD
ang BDA =ang CDA =90 degrees
therefore triangle ADB is congruent to ADC
therefore AB =AC cpct
triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle.
