No experiment has yet been conducted which can obtain life from abiotic factors. This is because life originated millions of years before. In addition, it was not formed in a few days. Instead it took several chance events over an unknown period of time to create life in some part of this huge world. Also we do not exactly know the conditions which were present all those years ago.
Miller's experiment was successful in creating a few biomolecules from the assumed atmospheric conditions of the early years of Earth. But a few biomolecules does not make life. So there is a long way to go towards understanding and replicating the creation of life.
