Expert Answer:

The fertilized egg or zygote develops into embryo. A well developed embryo shows radicle, plumule and one or 2 cotyledons.

The primary endosperm nucleus develops into endosperm.

After fertilization, the ovule develops into a seed and the ovary forms the fruit.

The wall of the ovary forms a wall of the fruit called pericarp.

The integuments get thickened and hardened to form seed coats.
