Does the weight of the water displaced is equal to the volume of the water displaced ?If yes then how.If not then why not?

Dear student,
 
weight of the water displaced is not equal to the volume of the water displaced , but it is proportional.
As density = mass/ volume, hence, volume and mass are proportional to each other.
 
They are not equal.
