Does the speed of an moving object depend on the referance point ?

Yes actually speed is a relative term and it depends on the frame with reespect to which the speed is calculated.
Eg if a car A is going at a speed of 10 kmph with respect to ground and a car B is going at a speeed of 5 kmph with respect to ground, then the speed of car A with respect to B will be 5 kmph.
Thus speed is relative
