does the charge always moves from high to low potential or low to high potential?Why I am confused with this concept

Charge flow depends on its nature. Positive charge flows from high potential to low potentail but negative charge does the opposite. You must be confused with the current. because as current is conventionally taken as the direction of flow of positive charge, it flows from high potential to low potential.
