Mirrors are polished on one side while no polishing is there in lens.

There is only difference of sign in the formulae of lens and mirror and their magnifications.

Try to remember the difference of signs.

Mirror has only one focus while lens has two focii.

You should learn these two topics comparatively, this will definitely help you.
