All vectors are carriers.

Example: Female anopheles mosquito is the vector which carries the pathogen Plasmodium which causes malaria.

Carrier is an organism which carries many pathogens spreading many diseases.

All carriers are not vectors

Example: Housefly helps to spread many diseases.
