Differentiate the expenditure on intermediate goods and
final goods?

Expert Answer
When expenditure causes final consumption expenditure (C) or investment expenditure (I) is the expenditure on final goods.
When the expenditure causes intermediate consumption and any other expenditure other than C and I are known as expenditure on intermediate goods.
