differentiate between healthy and disease-free

Expert Answer:

Disease-free state of a body means that the person is not suffering from any disease. On the other hand, a healthy state does not merely imply freedom from disease. Being healthy is the state of complete well being i.e. physical, mental, emotional, physiological and social well being along with healthy lifestyle and positive attitude. A healthy person will always be disease-free but a disease-free person may not be healthy.
