A digestive juice like gastric juice, intestinal juice etc. contains many enzymes, solvents, water, surfactants, pH regulators etc. An enzyme is a specific protein meant for a particular action on nutrients like fat (eg. lipase), protein (eg.pepsin) or carbohydrates (eg.amylase).
Digestive juice is a material with a complex composition but digestive enzyme is a chemical molecule. Lipase of the intestinal juice is an enzyme while the juice has several components.
An enzyme acts specifically on a particular substrate whereas a digestive juice is not specific for a substrate. The action of juice depends on its components.
