Here, A is a subset of B.

That means all the elements of A are included in B.

Which ⇒ A - B = {}, a null set.

Just by knowing this we cannot comment of B - A.

Since there can be elements in B which are not contained in A at the same time satisfying the above two conditions i.e A C B,       and    A - B = { }.

Please confirm why did you write -AB. Is the question incomplete.
