Difference between respiration and breathing.

Breathing is the process of inhalation and exhalation; the process of taking in oxygen from inhaled air and releasing carbon dioxide by exhalation.
The energy producing process of breathing, by which an organism supplies its cells with oxygen and relieves itself of carbon dioxide is called respiration.
So in respiration, we also consider the energy aspect.
