1.gravitational force is always attractive. magnetic force can be attractive or repulsive
2. magnetic and gravitational force both are inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two objects
3. gravitional force is proportional to the product of the two masses and magnetic force is proportional to the product of the magnetic strengths .
