describr rocket propulsion with the help of a diagram?

The rocket propulstion system is entirely based on the principle of conservation of momentum.
Fuel is burnt in the engine where it produces a lot of exhaust which is forced out of a nozzle (called thursters) it creates an upward thrust due to the momentum conservation and forces the rocket up.
