1. Antigen is any foreign substance that when introduced into the body stimulates an immune response in the body (especially the production of antibodies).
2. The exocrine glands are those glands whose secretions pass into system of ducts. They are the counterparts of endocrine glands which secrete their products directly into the bloodstream. The exocrine glands include sweat glands, salivary glands, mammary glands.
