Renewable resources are materials that come from a source which cannot theoretically run out. An example is paper. It is made from trees, when one tree is cut down to be made into paper, another tree can be planted in its place to make more paper.
Non- renewable resources are resources which are limited and cannot be reproduced by any processes humans can intervene with. For eg. Oil and other fossil fuels. Oil comes from organic matter which has gone through certain geologic processes over millions and millions
A renewable resource will grow back in a short time. which is not possible in case of a non-renewable resource.
Non-renewable resource should be used in limited amounts without any wastage. Renewable resources can be used more liberally since they can be obtained again faster.
