Using Law of Cosines,
b2 = a2+c2-2ac cosB = 4+3+1+2
3 -23 - 2 = 6,
b = 6
Using Law of Sines,
a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC
sinA = axsinB/b = 3/6 = 1/2
A = 45
C = 180 - 60 - 45 = 75
