COUNSELLING HELP !!!

Expert Answer
Since, this is the first time JEE mains exam has been conducted, it is very difficult to predict what the trend and cut offs will be. The merit list is based on the relative marks scored by all the candidates and in your case, there will be an additional filter for OBC. So, it is difficult at this point to predict how many people in your category would have scored marks higher than you. Furthermore, as per the admission notice, the merit list for NITs, IIITs etc will be prepared based on the weighted average of your JEE mains and Boards exams. So, I would ask you to patiently wait till the time of counselling and keep fingers crossed that everything will be fine.
