Draw Draw a circle with 5cm as the radius

Draw/Construct OA,OB raddii which make an angle of 120 degrees at O,i.e angle AOB should be 120 degrees.

Construct perpendiculars at points A ,B .( tangent is perpendicular to the radius)

These perpendiculars will meet at point C and angle ACB will be 60 degrees.

( since quadrilateral OACB is a cyclic quadrilateral , one must construct these tangents  i.e AC ,BC in this way
