Steps of Construction:
a)Draw AC =3.8cm.
b)Draw perpendicular bisector XY of AC meeting AC at O.
c)From O, draw an arc of radius 1.9cm on both side of AC intersecting OX at D and OY at B.
d)Join AD, DC, CB and BA.
ABCD is the required square.
