Here, we can applying the right hand thumb rule to determine the direction of the magnetic field.
Now, refer to the figure below...

Here, the current is flowing in a clockwise direction in a circular loop. The direction of the magnetic field inside the loop are going into the table while outside the loop are coming out of the table.
