let the coordinte is (h,k)    so we have for circumcenter (distance of vertices is same from circumcentre)

(h-3)2 + (k) 2  = (h+1)2 + (k+6) 2  =  (h-4)2 + (k+1) 2                                                                                                         solve taking two pair at a time from 1and 2 we get  3k +2h = -7 ....(1)   and from 2 and 3 we get  h+k = -2 ...(2)

solving 1 and 2 we get  h = 1 and k = -3
