i) Given number 5075.
Sum of digits = 5 + 0 + 7 + 5 = 17
Since 17 is not divisible by 9.
Therefore, 5075 is not divisible by 9.
(ii) Given number 7875.
Sum of digits = 7 + 8 + 7 + 5 = 27
Since 27 is divisible by 9.
Hence the number 7875 is also divisible by 9.
