You have to first know the generalised structure of an eukaryotic cell. An eukaryotic cell has an outer plasma membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. The cell organelles like mitochondria, golgi body, ER etc. are situated in the cytoplasm.

Then you need to know the differences between plant and animal cell, such as the presence of cell wall in plant cells which are absent in animal cells, presence of plastids in plant cells which are not in animal cells etc.
