Can you explain the concept of the uniform spherical shell more clearly?

The gravitational force acting on the uniform spherical shell of mass m, the vector sum of the gravitational force acted by each part of the shell is equal to zero. Which means mass m within a uniform spherical shell will feel zero net force.
