can we use formulas of horizontal and oblique projections interchangingly

Expert Answer
The formula for horizontal projection are simplification or special case of formula for oblique case.
Such as vertical component of projection velocity is zero in case the projection is horizontal.
Hence no meaning as such to using the formulas interchageably.
Range = Horizontal component of projection velocity x time of flight,
= 16xcos30x4 = 323 m
