can we say that the adjustment of pupil takes only a particular time? if so can u say me how much time it will take ?

Yes it does take a particular time but it varies from person to person.
The eye takes approximately 20–30 minutes to fully adapt from bright sunlight to complete darkness and become ten thousand to one million times more sensitive than at full daylight.
