Expert Answer
Yes water can boil at any other temperature than its boiling point if it is impure.
Water can boil at 105 degress if it is mixed with some non-volatile impurity which will lead to increase in boiling point.
Water will boil at 95 degrees if it is mixed with an impurity which will lead to increase in its vapour pressure. So that less heat is required to make the temperature equal to its boiling point.
