can bar magnet retain it's magnetism, if heated ti 1000C &cooled in magnetic feild free space? Reason

Depends upon the what the bar magnet is made up of. It is usually made of iron or steel, but it can also be made of any ferromagnetic substance or a ferromagnetic composite.
If it's iron bar mangnet then it'll not retain it's magnetism upon heating upto 1000 oC.
