Calculate the power output of a gun which fires 30 bullets of 100g each with a velocity of 500m/s in 10s.

power = rate of workdone = workdone / time;
workdone by the gun = sum of kinetic energies of 30 bullets = 30×(1/2)×100 ×10-3 × 500 ×500 = 375 × 103 Joules
power = 375 × 103 / 10 = 375 ×102 Watts
