Solution:

As KCN is a salt of strong base and weak acid,

Hydrolysis constant, Kh = Kw/Ka  = 10-14          = 1.3 × 10-5

                                                  7.2 ×10-10

Degree of hydrolysis, h = =1.14 ×10-2
