calcium & potassium are used in photoelectric cells instead of lithium.why?

As  we go down the group the size increases,  I.P decreases.  In s block elements as we the I.P is so less that the visible range energy is enough to remove an electron. Hence instead of Li , K , Cs, Ba & Ca are best used in photoelectric cell.
