Bile doesnot have any enzymes,yet it plays crucial role in digestion.explain?

Bile contains bile salts which reduces the surface tension of the large fat droplets and breaks them down into smaller ones for the action of the enzymes. This phenomenon of the bile juice is termed as the emulsification of fats.
