TO balance
Fe2O3+HCl = FeCl3 + H2O reaction.
 
First we will balance the Fe on the both sides, 
Fe2O+  HCl -----> 2 FeCl3  +  H2O 
 
Now Fe has been balance, so lets take chlorine. On left hand we hane 1 chlorine, while on right hand side we have 6 Cl atoms,
 
Fe2O+ 6 HCl -----> 2 FeCl3  +  H2O 
 
Everything is balanced, except hydrogen and oxygen, so now

 
Fe2O3 + 6 HCl -----> 2 FeCl3  + 3 H2O
