Let the cost price for Akash be Rs. x.
Askash sold plot to vekas at 20% gain.
Hence, Selling price of Akash = 120x/100
Vikas sold is to Vishal with 10%profit.
Hence, selling price for Vikas = 120x/100 × 10x/100 = 12x/100
According to the quetsion,
120x/100 + 12x/100 = 660000
x = Rs. 500000
Hence, the cost price for Akash is Rs. 500000.
