As we know that the amplitude is the loudness of sound wave then why it is show on the diagram of transverse wave?

Sound waves propagate in a medium. The particles in the medium vibrates in the direction of propagation of sound waves around their mean position. The motion of particles around their mean position can be described by simple harmonic motaion that represents a sinusoidal wave. Hence we can describe sound waves with a sinusoidal wave.
