As we know that Pollen tube carries the male gamete from stigma to the female gamete in ovary but as we know stigma is a part of female reproductive organ so how it can be possible?

During pollination, the pollens settle on the stigma of the flower. Once of the cells present in the pollen grain starts forming the pollen tube. The pollen tube grows towards the ovary.
