Arrange the following in order of stability of carbocation. Which should me more stable 3rd or 4th? Please explain the reason in detail.

Stability of carbocation is directly proportional to hyperconjugative effect, Mesomeric effect and Inductive effect.
Third is more stable than fourth because it is having 3 alpha hydrogens. Although fourth is having higher + inductive effect than third, but 3rd is more stable than 4th.
Because, Hyperconjugative effect> Inductive effect
