Expert Answer
Gap between consecutive rungs =25
Total Length =250 cm
number of rungs =250/25= 10.
length of bottom rung 45 cm
length of top rung 25 cm
Therefore, lengths of the rungs form an AP with the first term a = 45 and
a10 = 25 cm.
Length of the wood required for the rungs = S10 =10/2[25+45]= 350 cm
It is not 385 as mentioned but 350 cm
