Are questions asked from the limit of sum in the board exams? if yes, then please brief me with the important formula for the sum of different arithmtic progressions.

I dont know in which board you are.
In CBSE, Questions are not asked from the limit of sum in the board exams (directly).
You may need to apply the limits or property of limits in problems.
In CBSE, Limits Chapter is there in XI th standard, and hence for the board exams point of view, there will not be direct questions.
But if you are giving your competitive exams, definitely there will be questions directly on the Limit of Sum topic.
In Toppers, there is Question bank for each topic and you can visit that site to get more questions.
