are all the images formed by a concave mirror real and inverted? Or there are cases in which the image may be virtual.?

Images formed by concave mirror can be both real & inverted depending upon the object distance from the mirror.

For all the positions of the object beyond the focus  results in real & inverted images.

For the object placed within focal length of the mirror results in virtual images.
