Let DE be the lake and AD=60 mtrs as given

Let CB=h

angle CAB= 30 degrees (acc to question)

In triangle CAB,

tan CAB=tan 30=CB/AB

 

If you wish to find the height of the cloud above the water level, then it's h+60= 120 mtrs
