Let A be the pont of observation C be the position of the cloud and A B , the horizontal line thru' the point of obsevation A.
Let DE be the lake and AD=60 mtrs as given
Let CB=h
angle CAB= 30 degrees (acc to question)
In triangle CAB,
tan CAB=tan 30=CB/AB
If you wish to find the height of the cloud above the water level, then it's h+60= 120 mtrs
