Spring-mass system exhibits SHM, when mass is pulled down slightly and then released.
 
Frequency f of this spring-mass system  is given by,  begin mathsize 14px style f space equals space fraction numerator 1 over denominator 2 pi end fraction square root of k over m end root end style .......................(1)
as seen from eqn.(1), frequency or time period depends only on spring constant k and mass of the hanging object.
 
Time period , which is reciprocal of frequecy, also will not be changed
 
When sphere is immersed in non-viscous liquid, spring constant and mass are unaffected.
 
Hence there will not be any change in frequency of oscillation
