The protons will be deflected in the UP direction, the electrons will deflected in the DOWN direction, and neutrons will be undelfected.
The charged particles experience a force in the magnetic field and it's given by
F = q(v x B), the force is the resultant of cross producting velocity with magnetic field. The right hand rule gives the direction of force and hence deflection. q is the charge. For protons q = +e, for electrons q = -e.
