cotA=8/x  

cosecA=8x

Square the second given equation, and subtract 1 from both sides,

cosec2A = 64x2

cosec2A - 1= 64x2 - 1

cot2A = 64x2 - 1              ... using 1+cot2A = cosec2A

64/x2 = 64x2 - 1            ... but cot2A = 64/x2, from first given equation,

64(x2 - 1/x2) = 1

16x4(x2 - 1/x2) = 1

4(x2 - 1/x2)= 1/16
