(i) The ball loses heat through conduction, convection and radiation process.

     (ii) It loses least amount of heat by the conduction process as it is very slow process as transfer of      heat takes place only through vibrations about the mean positions of the molecules.

    (iii) The air molecules near the red hot iron ball become lighter on absorbing heat and rise and other    molecules of the medium from above take their place. There is mass movement of the medium causing loss of heat.
